HGV Class 1

HGV Class 1 Driver Andover From £19.32 - £20.55 an hour Pertemps are working with a world-leading food distribution company in Andover, recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a professional transport operation supplying stores. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable HGV Class 1 drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high safety standards.Overview about the role

• Work start times from 4am
• 8-13 hour shifts
• Thursday - Monday (weekend work included)
• Safely delivering fresh, frozen, and ambient products
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Representing our clients in a professional and timely manner
• Completing delivery paperwork and following route instructions
• Full day induction and day assessment

Requirements for this Class 1 HGV Role:

• A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 Driving experience is needed
• Good knowledge safe driving practices
• CPC card and Digital Tacho Card

Shift Rates

• Week Days - £19.32
• Saturday - £19.55
• Sundays - £20.55
• Overtime after 48 hours
