Job Description
Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for a Forklift Operator to join our clients growing re-manufacturing team based in the Llanelli area.
Salary: 14.50ph
Hours of work: Day shifts 40 hours pw
Contract: Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for making sure all material movements are carried out in a timely manner, ensuring that production is efficient and to a high standard
Move, load, unload, and stack goods within warehouses
Checking deliveries
Maintaining accurate stock records
Good knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
Work efficiently as part of a team
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Skills required:
Proven experience within a factory/ workshop environment
Sound knowledge of Forklift maintenance and safety checks
The ability to multitask
Outstanding time management and communication skills
Full clean driving license
RTITB counterbalance License
Flexibility & self-motivation
Excellent communication & problem solving skills
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work in a noisy environment
