HGV 1 - Day Driver

The Role: HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver

• Location: Southampton.
• Work Type: A mix of Containers & General Haulage (live tips)
• Hours: Minimum 10 hours pay per shift with no break deductions.
• Nights Out: Available upon request (not compulsory).

Pay Rates (Monday Friday)

• Standard: £17.00 (Ltd) £16.00 (PAYE).
• With ADR Card: £18.50 (Ltd) £16.75 (PAYE).
• Weekends: Uplifted rates up to £24.00 per hour.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Class 1 (CE) held for at least 1 year.
• Cards: CPC and Digi Tacho essential. DP World (TAC) card preferred.
• ADR: Not essential, but commands a higher rate.
• Compliance: Over 25 years old and max 6 points on licence.
