Job description HGV Class 1 Tramping Drivers - Easy Depot to Depot Trailor Swaps Start Date Immediate Our Customer Our long established logistics client based Mansfield Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis. They have won a new contract and require Class 1 Drivers (Tramping), weekly, Monday to Friday, ongoing all year round. Plus Weekend work available as well, so if you prefer Wednesday to Sunday, these working patterns are also available. Job Description. Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work, box trailors, RDC Trailor swaps, no handballing, timed deliveries, so messing around on the shifts, clear communcation is requried with the transport team as well. Various start times available ranging from Days 0400am to 0800am and Nights from 1600pm onwards, priority at this time is the day shifts. Licence requirements: HGV Class 1 Licence Up to date CPC for your Class 1 Up to date Digi card for your Class 1 You Must: Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic Be punctual Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.) Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift Salary: Days per hour: 16.00 ph (PAYE, pay rate set by our client) Nights per hours: 18.03 ph (PAYE, pay rate set by our client) Night Out Allowance - 25 per night Overnight Parking may be paid for but must be pre agreed daily Location: Mansfield Nottinghamshire Get In Touch: In the first instance; send us your CV or call our office on (phone number removed).
