Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join an established team on their night shift.

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load pallets of stock on to trailers.

About the Counterbalance Forklift Driver role:

• Monday to Friday, 8pm-6am (47.5 Hours per week)
• Pay is £13.39 per hour
• Temporary ongoing role with potential for permanant contract
• Swindon based - Cheney Manor Industrial Estate

Duties & Responsibilities for the Counterbalance Forklift Driver role:

• Safely operate a countebalance forklift to load trailers with palletised stock
• Conduct pre-shift inspections on the forklift (e.g., checking fluid levels, tires, and brakes) and report any mechanical faults.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills Required for the Counterbalance Forklift Driver role:

• Proficient in operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Have a valid Counterbalance Forklift Certificate
• Be comfortable with working a night shift
• Ability to work as part of a small, efficient team
